Migrate from Judge.me

Export from Judge.me

1. In your Shopify admin, go to the Judge.me app
2. Navigate to Settings → Import/Export
3. Click Export Reviews
4. Download the CSV file

Import into SimplerSuite Reviews

1. In SimplerSuite Reviews, go to Settings → Import
2. Select Judge.me as the source
3. Upload your CSV file
4. Review the auto-detected column mappings
5. Click Start Import

What Gets Imported

Notes

• Photo imports are not supported (Judge.me photo URLs expire)
• Duplicate detection: reviews with the same email + product + rating are skipped
• All imported reviews are tagged with source: import and importedFrom: judgeme
• Product records are created automatically if they don’t exist
