Generic CSV Import

CSV Format

Your CSV should include a header row. SimplerSuite Reviews auto-detects common column names:

Required Columns

Column Name (any of these)	Description
product_id, productid, shopify_product_id	Shopify product ID
rating, score, stars	Rating (1-5)
email, customer_email	Customer email

Optional Columns

Column Name (any of these)	Description
name, customer_name, author	Customer name
title, review_title, headline	Review title

status, published	Status (approved/pending)
reply, reply_body	Merchant reply

Import Steps

1. Go to Settings → Import
2. Select CSV as the source
3. Upload your file
4. Review the auto-detected column mappings
5. Adjust any incorrect mappings
6. Click Start Import

Limits

• Max file size: 50MB
• Max rows: 50,000
• One import at a time per shop
